3K PROGRAM phases:   Discovery – Change management – Follow up

DISCOVERY
During this phase the volume of WORKING CAPITAL will be defined. It is done via data analyses and a very detailed deep dive of all working capital related business elements.
The analyses include professional interviews with all the key stakeholders.
The data analyses include the transactional review of customers, suppliers, SKUs,production sites and back office activities as well. The essential segmentation is done in all the main three areas (AR,AP,INV).
We close this stage with a complete working capital analysis and identified potential improvement opportunities presented to the management team.
All the discovered items and the suggestions will be recorded in an audit report.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT
This phase consists of workshops to execute the activities defined in the discovery stage close up meeting with the management team.
The “game rules” will be set up jointly with the company. We are not working from templates but provide tailor made solutions for your needs. Therefore your most important assets must be involved on this process – your people.

A final action plan (breakdown by person) will be set up together with the company.

FOLLOW UP
Last but not least the efficiency of the items of the action plan is measured, recorded and evaluated in this phase of the program. This phase guarantees the sustainable attention to the working capital and ensures the processes and actions to be the embedded. This phase is a double check whether the commonly agreed methods, tools are giving the right result or further improvement, extra efforts are needed.
